We produced our first dumplings in the fall of 1992.

What is an Apple Dumpling?

It is an apple which is peeled, sliced and cored, with some sugar and cinnamon sprinkled on the apple, wrap in a piece of pie dough, placed in a baking pan, covered with a sugar, cinnamon, margarine and water sauce, last sprinkled with a sugar cinnamon glaze, and baked in an oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Since that first showing on Food Finds, Jan 3, 2002, we have made over 2000 shipments. This amounts to more than 20000 apple dumplings. Our customer feedback has been positive. We include a comment card with the shipment. We use this feedback to maintain our quality and customer support. The apple dumplings are prepared the day we ship them. They are not baked and not frozen. The apple dumplings are carefully packaged. We ship 4 apple dumplings to a package, each package is complete except for the water and butter or margarine to make the sauce. Included in the package are detailed baking or freezing instructions, comment card, sauce mix package(dry), glaze packet, baking pan.

We ship on Monday and use USPS Priority 2 to 3 day service.

PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR PHONE NUMBERS UNDER THE COMMENTS we will notify you with the shipping date by Email or phone. We need to know if someone will be home to receive the package. If not, where should the package be left?

Also when ordering more than 1 package per shipment, the order list is setup for 1, 2, 3 or 4 packages. This way you save on shipping. Note: item 1045 is 1 package or 4 dumplings to zone 5 and item 2085 is 2 packages or 8 dumplings to zone 5.
